Nathan has had an amazing and diverse career spanning over 15 years in business, anchored by a degree in Business Management from Daniel Webster College.  While he most recently exited the non-profit management world as the Executive Director of a New Hampshire Chamber of Commerce to start Cardinal, his journey began more than a few moons ago in entertainment sales with Blue Man Group, Boston and has encompassed everything from tech and event sales to hospitality, ski instructing and even, volunteer leadership and trail building! He has a love for strategic visions, airplanes, hiking trails, ski mountains, adult beverages, the arts and meaningful human connections. Nathan is a unique professional offering diverse insights into the ever-changing business landscape with a hint of wit and personal connections.  

His goal, and his passion are to help small business owners and entrepreneurs think outside the box to build on the successes they’ve already had, and further guide them to make bigger dreams, reality. He encourages entrepreneurs to be 10x bolder with their thoughts, strategies, and actions every day. Nathan provides expert advice; and down-to-earth, sustainable business solutions for client success; all with a healthy dose of enthusiasm and honest perspective. He is also the co-host of BizCast NH – a podcast focused on New Hampshire entrepreneurs, produced with Business NH Magazine. 

When he doesn’t have his hands immersed in client strategy, Nathan is a dad to the two sweetest kids on the planet (really!), a husband to his amazing wife Kerry (who continually receives mother and wife of the year awards for all that she does) and a dog dad to Moose, a Golden Retriever “puppy” who may or may not be up for adoption based on his behavior. The whole gang lives in Bethlehem, NH where Nathan runs Cardinal from…the basement.
